You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, full payment for the annual subscription is required and can be paid in full at any point during the term. No refunds will be issued for unused months.

Yes, additional containers and pickups can be added anytime at discounted rates.
All containers can accommodate mixed household batteries (up to 5kgs). Including alkaline, lithium ion, nickel cadmium, lead acid, lithium, nickel metal and zinc carbon. The CellBlock drums can accommodate larger lithium ion batteries including modules and packs as well as damaged lithium ion batteries in an unstable condition.
The batteries will be sorted at E360S and majority processed by E360S. Some batteries are recycled at other certified facilities.
Built in fire suppression, smart sensors, thermal event control, and durable construction reduce risk.
We collect your full drum, deliver a replacement, and send you a Waste Recycling Certificate.
Yes , we handle batteries in compliance with Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations and provincial/federal battery recycling requirements.
