Refund Policy

RMC will gladly exchange your battery container, should you find it to be defective. Refunds will only be given, where an error has been made by RMC. In all other cirumstances, products are non-refundable.

Delivery Policy

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. RMC makes every effort to get your order processed as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, with return shipping pre-paid. Full battery containers are returned via UPS. All instructions are included with your order.

Tracking is available for your package, if required. Please email sales@rawmaterials.com for additional tracking information.
